Make-Up Information

  • Making up an assessment means that you missed the assessment because of an absence, and that you currently have a zero for the assessment in Campus.  If you have a score for the assessemt which you want to improve, you want a RETAKE, not a make-up.

  • If you wish to make up an assessment, must complete the following three-step process:

Step 1
Submit an Assessment Make-Up Request by clicking on the grey button below.
Submit an Assessment Make-Up Request
Mr. Cushing will respond to your request within 12 hours via email, so check your email for his response.

Step 2
The email that you get from Mr. Cushing will contain instruction on how to use Sign-Up Genius to reserve a seat in our weekly study hall. Follow the directions in his email to reserve a seat.

Step 3
On the day of your make-up, come to Mr. Cushing's room BEFORE 7:30 to get your study hall pass.
Your pass will be taped to the window next to the classroom door.
